Bookings are handled via global event ticketing company Eventbrite. They are a worldwide and reliable online event ticketing company with robust customer service policies. We choose to only receive payment for events via eventbrite & paypal for your (the buyer) protection and peace of mind. We operate a no hassle refund policy up until 30 days prior to the event. Should you require a change to your booking after that point we are more than happy to help with either course date movement or refund in line with our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to re-schedule an event should the minimum number of delegates not be reached. A course completion certificate will be awarded to every delegate who completes a course in full. We reserve the right to accurately grade a candidate in line with the training grade system and applicable pass mark for their overall score. Where interviews and assessment days with motor dealers occur, we will strive to secure a place for those who pass the course and wish to be represented. We also offer our recruitment services in order to negotiate and secure the very best contract offer for you where possible. We cannot however guarantee a job offer after interview stage as the client is ultimately free to choose the successful candidate from their entire pool of candidates available at that time including their own internal applicants. We will refund a course fee in full within 30 days of your official start date with a client to which we introduced you as a recruitment agent acting on your behalf.
