Our client is a stable & reputable volume franchise main dealer looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Manager to join their team at their dealership in Bolton, Lancashire.
You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the sales department including:
- Ensuring correct stock levels and stock mix
- day to day sales team management
- Ensuring excellent sales funnel management in order to maximise opportunity
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction scores built around positive attitudes and exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced sales manager who has the following responsibility experience:
- The ability to market, measure and manage used vehicle retail pricing
- The ability to manage used car stock and stock mix
- Be able to motivate, measure and manage the sales force
- Have a strong focus on consistent customer experience in order to exceed CSI targets.
- Demonstrable over-performance history in this role previously with a motor main dealer.
